CARLSBAD - An estimated one million gallons of raw sewage spilled into the Buena Vista Lagoon, fouling the body of water that straddles Carlsbad and Oceanside, county health officials said. It was unclear Monday afternoon whether the break had been fixed. It was first reported around 8 p.m. Sunday.
