The ban should be on a per

The ban should be on a per beach vote, not a sweeping all beach ban. If it's a beach a lot of families go to then yes there should not be alcohol at the beach, period. If there are families at the beach trying to have a fun day then keep the alcohol out of there and let the children play and enjoy their day. If it's a locals hangout then leave it up to the local surfers who already keep the area regulated. Drug Rehab Program
